QuickCut runs on all flavors of
Microsoft Windows, including Windows 95/98/ME, NT 4.0, Windows 2000
and Windows XP. Windows 95 and NT 4.0 require the
Desktop Update included in Internet Explorer 4.0 (most systems have
this important update installed by now). If you are running Win95 or
